Spring Break 08 - April 7th

Mike had to work on Monday, so we voyaged across the river toward Lancaster, PA - Amish Country. The ride in itself is beautiful, but when you get to Amish Country, MAN, what a sight! Libby likes to watch the horses and romp in the grass for the occassional pit stop. We stopped and ate at an Amish Buffet - so yummy! There, we shopped around and looked at gorgeous furniture.

This is a schoolhouse on the hill with the children playing at recess.

When we went to hop in the car, we noticed a farmer breaking the land with his team of horses and brilliant farm dog. It was amazing to see the dog work the horses to help get the horses to pivot and make perfect rows!
