In honor of Cinco de Mayo, my little helper and I baked Tres Leches Cake. It translates to "three milks" cake. Regardless of what anyone else thinks about my first attempt at this dessert, Kensley repeatedly stuck her fingers into the batters and exclaimed, "mmmmm, Scrumptious!" It's a super-sweet dessert, but I am sure ours will be a little sweeter because of Kensley's um, assistance.
