...And Away She Goes!!!
Here's the little punkin on her way. I have been told that I am her second biggest fan, now...you'll see why in the video!
Side note:I don't let Kensley just hang out in her diaper. She had a dress on earlier (that had to be tucked in to move) and she was getting ready for a bath.

Let Freedom Ring!
The cutest little town of Medford puts on a huge Independence Day Celebration and this year we finally went. Our good friends, the Barnes, met up with us and we did 4th of July southern style. We got a bucket of chicken and tailgated with our blankets while watching the fireworks (and people!). The fireworks started about an hour after Kensley's usual bedtime, but true to her nature, she stayed awake (and congenial) in time to see her first round of fireworks! She thought they were nice, but definitely not worth staying up to see the finale. That's right folks, Kensley peacefully fell asleep during the 4th of July spectacular! Nevertheless, it was a night of fun.

Crawlin' Critter
Kensley is on the move! She is much faster in reverse, but on the move nonetheless. This pose is her latest accomplishment. She proceeds from the crab position onto her bottom and, true to her personality, claps for herself. Atta girl!
Red, White, and Blueberry Festival
Hammonton, NJ boasts its contribution to the world as the leading producer of blueberries! We donned our patriotic colors and headed for the festival - just in time for the rain to appear. No worries; we had seen mostly all we wanted to see by the time the showers appeared. We took refuge in a tent, waited the 5 minutes for the rain to pass, and finished our time with some yummy blueberry icecream!

Summer's for Swimmin'!
Kensley and Joanna have a BLAST swimming in the backyard pool. They are the sweetest little friends! It is so funny to see them get together and start talking to one another. It is almost like the "twin language" people talk about. I firmly believe that they know exactly what they are saying to one another...kind of like the movie "Look Who's Talking!"
