Kensley's Kenny

Kensley accompanied me to see Kenny Chesney's Goin' Coastal show this past weekend in Orange Beach. It was AWESOME and Kenny didn't disappoint. Neither did Kensley! Her behavior and reactions were worth.every.penny! She was so excited, although a little taken aback by the volume initially. She's the perfect concert sidekick and I couldn't have asked for a better girls' weekend! Special thanks to Pop for allowing us to shack up on the beach instead of driving home after the concert. I still haven't quite figured out which treat Kensley enjoyed more...

On this *blustery* (balmy) 92 degree day, Kensley put on a turtle neck, fleece sweatshirt, headband, and necklaces that were dubbed as gloves. The 80's decade missed one!

...as I type this my rugged husband is driving his practical car for this year... A Honda Crossover. And it's black =) He traded in his big ol' gas-guzzling truck for a black Honda Accord that he so eagerly traded in just 5 short years ago to get his man-truck. How's that for irony?!?!
