Time Flies!

Kensley had her three month pictures taken today and did very well. She was pleasant and easy-going the entire time (especially when she got to take her clothes off)! I can't believe that three months ago she was just getting here. We love to watch her grow and change each day. We never get tired of loving on her. Kensley is just as sweet in person as she is in the photos.

Bearbows

Kensley grew into an outfit Mrs. Johanna gave her (under strict orders from Daddy, "No pink!") Mrs. Johanna did her best to comply and still make sure Kensley looked girly. I found the bears in a craft store and couldn't help but make hairbows with them. What a babydoll!

Sweet Friends

Kensley got to "play" with her sweet friend, Rory, last week who is 2 weeks younger. It was the first time they seemed to notice each other. Rory was intrigued by Kensley's feet going 90 to nothin' and reached out and tickled Kensley! Later, we laid them side by side and they reached out and touched hands. So sweet!

Oh, those Wiggles!

One night Kensley was restless and it was too early for her to eat again. After reading some books, and going throw the other "has she's," I visited youtube.come to search for Wiggles videos. It turns out Kensley loves the Wiggles as much as she loves to wiggle! Kensley is mesmerized by dancing and singing. I sat in the floor with her after we bought the Wiggles DVD so we could "dance" together. She would have nothing of it. She wanted to do it herself. (God thought a mini-me would be good for my health.) So, here is a video of Kensley dancing/bouncing to the Wiggles all by herself.

The Way I Learn

Kensley has a pretty set routine with how she absorbs her surroundings. First, she is very serious for a considerable amount of time. Then, she will smile as if she has made her determination. Finally, she will make her own comments about what she has learned. Comments are a given with her genetics.
First, she is serious.
Then, she is all smiles.
Finally, she makes her comments...just like her Pop talking during a picture!
