Kensley's Christmas Wardrobe

Kensley has been inundated with the cutest Christmas clothes! (Of course, I couldn't be more thankful as it is just one more thing I can play dress up with!) Kensley could be the little poster child for these clothiers.

From the Mouths of Babes

Yesterday, we were in the mall and a lady on her cellphone shouted "HI!" loudly into her phone. Kensley assumed since she was walking toward her and using a word she knows (and likes) that the lady was talking to her. So, without skipping a beat and with blazing southern charm, Kensley let out an equally loud coo and smile in response to the lady. Mall onlookers thought she was so funny and very interactive and polite. The lady rushed past Kensley and acknowledged her as she probably got the clue how loud she actually was!

Real-life Baby Doll

I finally have a real-life baby doll (boy is Libby relieved!). Kensley is quite compliant when I dress her up in something to take a picture. Dr. Whitford gave Kensley the monogrammed bloomers, Grandmama Sherrod the "K" bib, and Nanna and Pop gave her the pink bunny slippers (muffies). I couldn't resist how cute and cuddly she looked...and one can see that she is happy with my efforts.

Clearly, Kensley doesn't mind being my baby doll.

See? She really is happy!

The cutest little bum, ever!

Tummy time is fun when you don't have clothes to restrict you!

Happy Baby

Kensley really likes to be "naked." So, when it's time for Kensley to relax, we let her lounge around in her diaper and a blanket. In fact, she even performs some of her tricks during this happy time." Show me your tongue!"
This is Kensley's "O" face. Her eyes light up and she forms an "O" with her little mouth...coos normally follow.

Sweet Sisters

Sweet Libby loves to snuggle Kensley.
